The following 23.988 acres of surveyed land will be offered at public auction on the premises being TR 114 (W Zeller Rd.)  South of East Lytle St. on S Main St. to Zeller Rd. then west or 1/2 mile east of CR 23 on TR 218 which turns into W. Zeller Rd.

Two parcels, 18.359 acres with 165 feet of frontage onto W Zeller Rd.located within the City of Fostoria and a 5.629-acre parcel that fronts on Nursery Dr. located in Loudon Twp.   An easement will be granted for access to this parcel from the 18.359-acre parcel for farming purposes.   This land is not buildable. 

TERMS:   $7,500.00 due day of sale (non-refundable) with balance due with-in 30 days when a Warranty Deed will be given.  Purchaser to assume the 2019 Real Estate taxes.   Purchaser to receive 2019 farming rights.  Not subject to financing purchasers must have their financing pre-arranged.  All property being sold “AS IS” with no warrantees provided.   Seller reserve the right to reject any and all bids, but fully intend to sell day of auction.  Terms given day of auction take precedence over printed material.  Go to web page for info and maps.
