The following real estate belonging to the late Sopha Glick will be offered on the premises being 2764 CR 220 Van Buren Ohio 45889.  Being just south of VB.

Wednesday October 23 @ 6 PM

Van Buren Country ranch with 1056 sq. ft. of living area, three bedrooms, one bath, galley style kitchen, city water, 24 x 40 building with concrete floor all situated on a ½ acre lot.

TERMS:  $3,500.00 down day of sale as earnest money deposit (nonrefundable) with balance due with-in 45 days when an Executor’s Deed & possession will be given.    Financing must be prearranged!  Not subject to inspections or inspections necessary for finance. Selling in “AS IS” condition any inspections by buyers must be done prior to sale at buyers’ expense.  Sellers reserve the right to reject any and all bids but fully intend to sell day of auction.
