PARCEL 1.  Land north of SR 103, 154.358 surveyed acres located east of Arlington in Sec. 4 of Delaware Twp. Hancock Co Auditor’s #160001025511 & 160000033210.  FSA reports 148.09 tillable; systematically tiled, frontage onto SR 103 & CR 182, flat to slightly sloping on top with a mixture of Blount silt loam, Blount-Houcktown complex, Glynwood silt loam, Pewamo silty clay loam and Randolph silt loam.
