Parcel One: 15.408 acres with access from CR 40; this parcel is currently agricultural and will be transferred as ag. This parcel lies north of Parcel Two and is currently farmed together. FSA reports 14.4 ac. tillable.
Parcel Two: 15.408 acres with access from CR 37; this parcel is currently agricultural and will be transferred as ag. FSA reports 14.09 ac. tillable.
TERMS: $15,000.00 per parcel due on the day of sale (non-refundable), with the balance due within 30 days, upon delivery of a Warranty Deed. Possession after 2026 fall harvest.
