Parcel 1.  58.832 acres:  PT NE & NW1/4  of Sec.19 Biglick Twp. Hancock Co. #070000016800Farm has good road frontage onto TR 251.   FSA reports 57.78 tillable acres.  This field is slightly sloping with mostly Alvada loam with  Blount – Jenera and Ottokee loamy sand.  It appears to have some tiling seen from aerial photos.  Purchaser will receive farming rights for this parcel in 2020.

 

Parcel 2.  132.812 acres being S PT Sec. 26 & S PT SE ¼ Sec. 27 Biglick Twp. Hancock Co. parcels #080000019090 & 080000019220.  These parcels are adjoining and will be offered together.  This farm has good road frontage onto CR 264 with 12.58 acres of woods on the rear parcel.  FSA reports 115.45 tillable acres.  East ½ slightly sloping Morley limestone substratum-Milton complex and the west ½ sloping with a mixture of muck and silt loams.  Purchaser will receive farming rights for this parcel in 2020.    (1 - 37.92 parcel on FSA aerial not included in sale)

S PT of Hancock Co. #080001007319.  This parcel has approximately 30 acres of woods with trails and deer stands and access along CR 11.  The center of this woods is a protected wet land.  This farm is sloping on top with some grass waterways and soils are  Pewamo, Blount & Glynwood.  Subject to tenant farmer's wheat crop.  Purchaser will receive rents for the tillable acres and have possession after straw harvest.

 

Parcel 5.   155 acres.  Hancock Co. 080000017670 This parcel has 37.5 acres of woods, fronts on CR 23 and a gravel lane going back to 36x48, 36x24 machinery buildings and a block building with a recent buried electric service and new water well.  The FSA reports 109.55 tillable acres and this land is sloping on  top with grass waterways and soils are Glynwood, Pewamo & Blount.  Subject to tenant farmer's wheat crop.  Purchaser will receive rents for the tillable acres and have possession after straw harvest.
