The farm is located ¼ mile East of Findlay City Corp line with frontage onto SR 568 and TR 234. FSA reports DCP cropland 83.96 acres. Farm has a drive off SR 568 the land is sloping with a mixture of mostly Thackery, Shawtown, Pewamo and Medway loams. The northern portion of this farm is located in the 100 yr. flood.
TERMS: This farm will sell without reserve! 10% due day of sale (non-refundable) with balance due with-in 45 days when an Executors Deed will be given. Not subject to financing purchasers must have their financing pre-arranged. 2023 RE taxes to be pro-rated to day of closing.
