Auction will be held at the Gilboa Village Park shelter house.

 

76.04 acres in Section 21 Blanchard Twp. consisting of 4 adjoining parcels with frontage and access off Road J-3.  The land is gently sloping on top with 59.37

acres of tillable farming land and 16.37 acres of woods in the southeast corner. The soils are mainly DnA, HnA, To & Mf. PNs 01-019170.0000, 01-019051.0000, 01-019120.0000 & 01-019140.0000. 

 

Terms: Buyer to receive the 2017 farming rights on the day of the auction. $20,000.00 of the purchase price will be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance on delivery of the deed within 45 days. Real Estate taxes will be prorated as of date of deed delivery. Executors need this family business settled, but do reserve the right to reject any bids.  Auctioneer will be at the farm Tuesday March 14 at 2:30 PM or buyers may walk the farm at will.
