The soils are PmA  Pewamo silty clay loam, BoA  Blount silt loam 0 to 2 % slopes; & BoB  Blount silt loam 2-6% slopes. Being the E pt. of the SE ¼ of Section 17 Madison Twp. Hancock Co. Ohio. 

Terms on real estate:  $10,000.00 shall be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance within 45 days when the deed and possession will be given.  Buyer may do fall tillage following their payment of earnest payment on sale day.  All inspections shall be completed prior to auction day at the buyer’s expense. Buyers financing must be prearranged.
