The following parcels (All zoned R2) will be offered at public auction using the multi-par auction software.  Each parcel will be offered as an individual parcel or in combination with other parcels, if requested, as many times a necessary in order to achieve the highest and best price.  These parcels will be offered at the school auditorium 2016 Blue Devil Dr. Carey, Ohio 43316.

Following changes made @ Village Planning Commission Meeting 9/19/17

Parcel 1:  Being 5.652  acres having 343 ft. of frontage onto South St.

Parcel 3:   Laird Room parking lots are 132x198 with frontage onto South St.
