It is a rectangular parcel of farmland with access onto SR 18 and S TR 15. This parcel is slightly sloping to sloping on top and is predominately made up of Blount silt loam, Glynwood clay loam and Haney loam. This parcel appears to have some tiling visible from aerial photos. FSA reports 73.64 tillable acres.
