61 acres: Located 3 mi. South of SR 103 on CR 698 then west ½ mi. on TR 27 being NE corner of TR 27 & 61 intersection. This surveyed parcel has good access off of TR 27 and TR 61. It is mostly all tillable land and has Bount and Pewamo soils that are flat to slightly sloping.
