1999 Redman 16 by 76 mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, oak cabinetry, gas forced air furnace with central air conditioning and  handicap ramp.  Open Houses:  Wed. Mar 30, Apr 6 & 13 at 5 PM and one hour prior to the auction.

 Terms of auction:  10% of the sale price shall be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance within 20 days when possession will be given.  All inspections will need to be completed prior to the auction.  Any financing should be preapproved.  Seller does reserve the right to reject any bids.
