Auction shall be held at the Meadow Brook Park Evergreen Bldg. 5430 W. Tiffin St. Bascom, OH 44883. Bascom is on St. Rt. 18 northwest of Tiffin or southeast of Fostoria. Follow the auction signs within the park.

Saturday August 5, 2017 at 10 AM.

Offering 141.904 surveyed acres of flat tillable farm land consisting of 5 Loudon Twp. parcels located in Sections 9,10 & 16.  They are being sold by the Multi-Parcel method that will be projected on a screen so buyers can view the bids and totals. 

Parcel 1.  12.756 acres possible building site south of St. Rt. 18 and east of YMCA lane.

                  Soils are HkB & BoA.  

Parcel 2.  12.893 acres possible building site south of St. Rt. 18 and west of YMCA Lane.

                  Soils are Le & HkB.

Parcel 3.  35.834 acres fronting on St. Rt. 18 and Twp. Rd. 47 on the west with good road

                  access.  Lays across the road from 1. & 2.  Soils are Co, KbA, NW corner Ht.

Terms: $10,000.00 of the purchase price of each parcel will be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance on delivery of the deed within 45 days. Possession is subject to the present Fall crops being harvested.  Real Estate taxes will be prorated as of date of deed delivery.  Sellers need this family business settled, but do reserve the right to reject any bids.  Be prepared to bid and buy.
