Offering 141.904 surveyed acres of flat tillable farm land consisting of 5 Loudon Twp. parcels located in Sections 9,10 & 16.  They are being sold by the Multi-Parcel method that will be projected on a screen so buyers can view the bids and totals. 

 

Parcel 1.  12.756 acres possible building site south of St. Rt. 18 and east of YMCA lane.

                  Soils are HkB & BoA.  

 

Parcel 2.  12.893 acres possible building site south of St. Rt. 18 and west of YMCA Lane.
