Parcel 1. 42.373 acres being north of St. Hwy 15, west of Twp. Rd. 198, east of Twp. Hwy 197 (Buffalo St.).  It has 529.23 ft. of frontage and access to 198. There is 40 acres of tillable land.  It is the north part of PN 050001030468, 050000010490 and a PN 050000010550 that belongs to Carol Monday a neighbor.

 

Parcel 2. 50.399 acres being south of St. Hwy 15 and west of Twp. Hwy 198.  It has 358.6 ft of frontage and access to 198. There is 36.36 acres of tillable land and 14 acres  wooded.  It is the south part of PN 050001030468 and 050000011360
