 Thursday April 7th @ 6 PM

 Subject being 2 ½ mi. south of Arlington, O. on SR 68 then 1 mi. east on TR 149. 

Legal:  N 1/3 W 3/4 NW 1/4 Section 29 Madison Twp.

 

40 acre parcel with 25.68 acres being reported tillable and approximately 13 acres of woods.   This farm is flat to slightly sloping with soils: Pewamo and Blount.   The farm has good road frontage onto TR 177 & TR 149 and appears to have random tiling throughout.
