Offering 2 parcels of farm land totaling 142.826 acres subject to survey.  Auction will be by Multiple Parcel program when all can see the progress.

Parcel 1.  102.826 acres located in Sections 11 & 14 Jackson Twp. Fronting on St. Rt. 37 the land is gently sloping on top and has 3.61 acres of woods and an open ditch in the east side. The soils are mainly BoA Blount & PmA Pewamo. Being PNs 250000048650 & 250001030089.

Parcel 2.  40 acres located in Section 20 Amanda Twp. fronting on CR 26.  This land is flat to gently sloping on top and tillable except CR 26 cuts through the north end and an open ditch in the southwest corner. Soils are BoA, BpA, small spots of GnB, AkA & SeB  PN 050000011930

Auction terms:  $10,000.00 per parcel shall be paid down on the day of the sale and the balance within 45 days when the buyer will receive the deed.  Possession with be given when the present crop is harvested.  Present farmer shall not sew Fall wheat.  Buyer shall have financing prior to the auction and any inspections should be completed.  Be prepared and ready to buy.
