PARCEL 1. Land ½ mile north of Rawson Ohio on CR 12 being S3/8 SE ¼ Section 11 of Union Twp. This rectangular shaped parcel is mostly all tillable except for small patch of woods across the back-west end. The farm is flat to slightly sloping on top and soils are mostly Blount silt loam with Pewamo and small vein of Glynwood silt loam. FSA reports 55.88 tillable acres.  


TERMS: $10,000.00 due day of sale (non-refundable) with balance due with-in 45 days. 2021 real estate taxes of $1,358.24 will be pro-rated and purchaser will receive 2022 farming rights.
