Farms will be offered by the Multi Parcel System in 3 parcels until the highest bids are obtained.  The acres are subject to the survey.

Parcel 1.  38 acres fronting on St. Rt. 568 and Twp. Road 196 Section 29.  All tillable farm land.  PN 080001021562

Parcel 2.  53 acres that joins Parcel 1. and fronts on Twp. Rd 196 in Section 32.  Flat tillable land other than a 4 acre woods on the south side Soils of P1.& P2. are Pewamo and Blount.  PN 080000019970

Parcel 3.  77 acres fronting on the east side of Twp. Rd 196 in Section 32 & 33.  Flat on top and tillable farm land except for an open drainage ditch the angles across the north part. Soils are Blount, Pewamo, Westland-Rensselar & Tiderishi Loam. PNs 080001005635 & 080000020100.  These parcels are joining and are farmed together and will be offered together.

Terms:  5% of the purchase price will be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance on delivery of the deed within 45 days. Possession is subject to the present crops being harvested.  Real Estate taxes will be prorated as of date of deed delivery.  Sellers need this family business settled, but do reserve the right to reject any bids.
