Parcel 1. 39.88 acres:  Located 4 mi. east of Findlay with frontage onto SR 568 and TH 196.  Auditor’s number 080001021562.  This surveyed field is mostly flat it has been fall plowed and is being farmed with parcel two and the soil is Blount & Pewamo.   This field appears to have some tiling from aerial photos.

Parcel 2.  53.253 acres:  Located 4 mi. east of Findlay SR 568 then south on TH 196.  Auditor’s number 080000019970.  This surveyed field is flat and has been fall plowed it has frontage onto TH 196 with approx. 4 acres of woods and the soil is Blount & Pewamo.   This field appears to have some tiling from aerial photos.

 

Parcel 3.  77.105 acres:  Located 4 mi. east of Findlay on SR 568 then south 1 mile on TH 196.  Auditor’s number 080001030755 & 080000020100.  This surveyed field is flat and has been fall plowed it has frontage onto TH 196 with an open ditch angling across the north part separating 8 acres.  This farm appears to have tiling from aerial photos.  This farm has darker soils consisting of Blount, Pewamo, Tiderishi loam and Westland-Rensselaer complex.  FSA reports 77.63 tillable acres.

 

Parcel 4.  58.785 acres:  Located 2 ½ mi. east of Findlay SR 568 to CR 7 then south on TH 251.  Auditor’s number 070000016800.  This field has been fall plowed and FSA reports 57.78 tillable acres.  This field is slightly sloping with mostly Alvada loam with Blount – Jenera and Ottokee loamy sand.  It appears to have some tiling seen from aerial photos.
