83.349 acres in Section 3 of Amanda Twp. & 34 of Biglick Twp. Hancock Co. Ohio will be offered in the following surveyed parcels and as a whole until the highest bids are obtained. 

Parcel 1. 14.756 acres bordered by St. Hwy. 568 and Twp. Rd. 175.    It is close to Vanlue and Vanlue School.  This parcel is now sowed in wheat the new buyer to receive.

Parcel 2. 68.593 acre farmland lying in Section 3 of Amanda Twp. with good frontage access on Twp. Rd. 175.  This farm lies about one mile north of Vanlue and is mostly tillable that is flat to gently sloping on top.

Whole: 83.349 acres

Terms of the auction:  Down payment day of auction.  Each parcel $15,000.00.  The whole $20,000.00; the balance paid within 30 days when the deed will be given. Possession given at closing, Parcel 1, buyer to receive 2020 wheat crop.  All inspection shall be completed prior to auction day at the buyer’s expense.  Buyers financing must be prearranged.  Sellers reserve the right to reject any and all bids but fully intend to sell day of auction.
