The home has a full basement and three-car attached garage. The farmhouse being sold with 2.3 +/- acres located back off the road and includes shed and wood frame barn. Pole bldg. not included.


OPEN HOUSES: Mon March 6 & 13 @ 5 PM

TERMS: $5,000.00 down day of sale as earnest money deposit (nonrefundable) with balance due with-in 30 days when a Warranty Deed & possession of home will be given. Possession of barn to be given when hay is removed. Financing must be prearranged! Not subject to inspections or inspections necessary for finance. Selling in “AS IS” condition any inspections by buyers must be done prior to sale at buyers’ expense. Seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids but fully intend to sell day of auction.
