The home has a full basement and three-car attached garage. The farmhouse being sold with 2.3 +/- acres located back off the road and includes shed and wood frame barn. Pole bldg. not included.

TERMS: $5,000.00 down day of sale as earnest money deposit (nonrefundable) with balance due with-in 30 days when a Warranty Deed & possession of home will be given.
