                 and electricity.  This lot also has a water well and septic system. Building will be open: Tues Oct. 27 and Mon. Nov. 2 & 9 at 4 to 5:30 PM and an hour prior to the auction.

Parcel 2.  20.155 acres of tillable farmland fronting on the south side of Twp. Rd. 82

                with good road access. This parcel is separated only by a small creek.
