Parcel Two.   68.766 acres of farmland being all land south of CR 226.  This parcel has approx. 7 acres of woods in the SW corner and has mostly Pewamo soils with veins of Mermill and Houcktown loams.  It appears this land may have some tiling visible from aerial photos.
