Offering 32.496 acres known as Wiler farm of flat tillable farm land fronting on Twp. Rd 80 on the north and Twp. Rd. 67 on the west with good road access.  Further located as part of the E ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 2 Eagle Twp. Hancock Co. Ohio.  Land is just southwest of Findlay in Liberty Benton school district.

Terms:  5% of the purchase price shall be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance on delivery of the Fiduciary deed within 45 days.  Buyer will receive the 2018 farming rights. Trustee expects to sell this property, but does reserve the right to reject any bids.
